St Mary's Bell Ringers meet for practice each Friday evening; it is currently enjoying a new influx of members but would always welcome more!
House Groups. Two meetings fortnightly, one on Thursday morning the other on Wednesday evening.
Café Fairlands held at Fairlands Community Centre on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month and is a drop in session . This gives opportunities for people of all ages to meet for cake, tea and a chat and also coincides with the visits of the mobile library.
Mothers' Union meets on 2nd Wednesday of month at lunchtime at St Alban's.
Wednesday Fellowship meets once a month to share worship, to hear from members of the congregation how their faith impacts upon their daily lives and to pray for the parish and the wider world.
'Pain - the hidden disability' is a support group for people with chronic pain (physical, mental or spiritual) which is a joint venture between DSR, and Worplesdon and Wyke parishes and supported by the NHS, meeting on the 3rd Monday evening of each month at Wyke Church Hall. Worplesdon currently provide the listeners and welcome teams.
The Men's Group normally meets once a month, typically on a Saturday morning or for a social activity.
Good News Book Van brings its stall to St Mary's on the 2nd Sunday of month and to St Alban's on the 4th Sunday of the month to encourage people to borrow Christian books to read.
Our Traidcraft Stall operates at St Mary's on the 3rd Sunday each month, the 4th Sunday at St Alban's and at Café Fairlands to promote fairtrade. There are also occasional evening events. This is a fairtrade parish.

Village Lunch held monthly offers those living alone a chance to enjoy good food and great company!
Sanctuary. A place to escape to and to be refreshed - occurs twice a year on a Saturday morning.
